The TG-RollCrush 300 is a double roll crusher engineered for metal recycling applications that require precise control over output fragment size with minimal fines generation. Two counter-rotating rolls with toothed segment surfaces draw material into the crushing gap, where it is reduced by a combination of compression and shear. The toothed roll profile grips individual pieces rather than relying on gravity or impact, making the machine particularly effective for processing brittle castings, metal chips, and pre-sized fragments that need a controlled final sizing pass before downstream separation or charging.

The gap between the two rolls sets the maximum output fragment size. Material larger than the gap is gripped by the toothed segments, compressed, and sheared to pass through. The hydraulic gap adjustment system allows the operator to change output size without dismantling the machine. Can the machine handle ductile metals?
